Mrs. Louise Jennings

Augusta, GA- Mrs. Louise E. Jennings entered into rest Monday, February 11, 2013 at University Hospital. Funeral service will be held Friday, February 15, 2013 at 11:a.m. at Thankful Baptist Church with Rev. Christopher Waters officiating. Burial will be at Mt. Olive Memorial Garden. She was a native of Augusta, GA; a graduate of Allen University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Education; a Teacher in the Richmond County Public School System for 37 years; served as Organist for Dent’s and Williams Funeral Home and Organist and Pianist for several churches in the CSRA. Mrs. Jennings was a member and mother of Thankful Baptist Church Sanctuary Choir. Survivors are her stepson, Robert P. (Joyce) Jennings, II, Charleston, SC; God-daughter, Phoebe Ali, Augusta; God-sons, Isaac Johnson, Lemont C. Monroe, Sr., Augusta and David Whitfield, Brunswick, GA; a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
