Graveside service will be held Thursday, February 21, 2013 at 12Noon at Southview Cemetery with Rev. Clarence Moore officiating. She was a native of Columbia, County, GA; a member of Good Shepherd Baptist Church; a member of the Mission Ministry; former pianist for the Choir and a retired LPN at University Hospital. Survivors are her son, Melvin “Sonny” Emery; stepson, Milton Jackson, Augusta, GA; 3 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.
