Mr. Lindsey Carpenter Jr. entered into rest on February 12, 2024. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 17, 2024 at 11:00 am at Thankful Baptist Church. Interment will be at Walker Memorial Park. Survivors are his sons, Marlon (Janice) Carpenter, Maurice Carpenter and Eric Wiley; daughter, Karen C. Washington; 14 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren; sister, Annie Bell Grant; brothers, Leon (Andreana) Carpenter, Frank (Gloria) Carpenter, Charles (Yvonne) Carpenter and a host of other relatives and friends. Mr. Carpenter may be viewed on Friday, February 16, 2024 from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the funeral home.
