Survivors are his mother, Beverly Brooks; father, Alonzo Gunter; sister, Latarisha Fitts; grandparents, Ramon and Mary Mass; two nephews, Michael Scott, Jr., Jaquavion Fitts; two aunts, Martha (John) Youngblood, Diane Brooks; one uncle, Kenneth (Jennifer) Mass; and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
