Ms. Ashley Elice Jackson Simpkins entered into rest on Sunday September 14, 2025. Graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2025 at Walker Memorial Park at 11:00 am. Ashley was a graduate of Lucy Craft Laney High School, where she was a member of the cheerleading squad as well as the volleyball team. She leaves to cherish her memories a devoted and loving mother, Cheryl C. Jackson; father, Philip (Beverly) Jackson Sr; two brothers, Maurice (Tamicus) Scruggs Jr and Philip Jackson Jr; two sisters, Likesha (Mikos) Jordan and Dana (Heyward B) Lowe; nine nieces, Jasmine Norris, Mahoganie Scruggs, Mia and Mya Scruggs, Jalaya Sims, Jade and Jordan Lowe, Makenna and Micah Jordan; two nephews, Maurice Scruggs III and Maxx Scruggs; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, close friends and family.
