Mrs. Claudina Anthony Jones entered into rest on Thursday, October 1, 2026. Funeral service will be held Saturday, October 10, 2026, at New Zion Hill Missionary Baptist Church at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Mount Olive Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Jones was a 1985 graduate of T. W. Josey High School. She was preceded in death by her mother, Patricia Tutt Anthony, her brothers, Phillip Anthony and Charles Anthony Jr., and her sister, Gladys Williams. Mrs. Jones is survived by her husband, Eric Jones; daughter, Lauren Anthony; son, Malcolm Anthony; father, Charles Anthony Sr.; sisters, Robisteine Rackston and Margurite Anthony; brothers, Johnny Anthony, Claude Anthony (twin brother), and Edward Anthony; three grandchildren; Zariya Anthony, Malcolm Tate, and Zaynah Tate; and a host of other relatives and friends. Viewing will be held Friday, October 9, 2026, from 1-5 p.m. at the funeral home.
