Williams Memorial Chapel at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Mount Olive Memorial Gardens. She is survived by her husband, Delvin Smith; sister, Alberta Connie Lawson; brother, Robert Lee Howard; sisters- in- law, Janice L. Howard, Diane L. Norman, Ivory Smith; brothers- in-laws, Elliott S. Norman, Nelson B. Smith, Gaynard Smith; nephew, Robert Lee Howard Jr.; niece, Kayla Leanne Howard and a host of other relatives and friends.
