Mr. Darrell Brainard Walker was born in Hephzibah, GA and entered into rest on May 8, 2025. Funeral service will be held on Friday, May 16, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. at B. A. Williams Memorial Chapel. Interment will be at Mt. Olive Memorial Garden. He is preceded in death by his father, Hardy Walker Jr. He leaves to cherish his memories with his wife, Kaffie Walker; mother, Shirley Walker; paternal grandmother, Elese Walker; brother, James Walker; maternal aunts, Genevieve (Joe) Ramsey, Reverend Dr. Evelyn (Alvin) Jackson, Donna Douse, Carolyn (Donald) Brown; paternal uncle Eugene Walker; paternal aunts, Betty Washington, Rosa (Arthur) Rosier; and a host of family and friends. Although, Darrell did not have any children of his own, he helped raise Vernon Jenkins Jr. (JJ), Kaffie's son, and inherited grandchildren and great grandchildren through Yolanda (Joe) Franklin and Cheryl Coleman, Kaffie's daughters.
