Dr. Sonja Elena Simon entered into rest on Monday, August 31, 2026. Funeral service will be held on Monday, September 14, 2026, at B. A. Williams Memorial Chapel at 11:00 a.m. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Harold Simon Sr. She leaves to cherish her memory her three sons, Harold Simon Jr. (Yuka), Michael Simon, and Maurice "Alex" Simon; her three grandchildren, Amara Simon, Ayanna Simon, and Anthony Simon; her siblings, Gloria Luna (Gilberto), Yolanda Nelson, Nicholas Thomas, Delia Stultz, Marcela Rea (Robert), Eduardo Stultz (Vernelle), Marcelino Stultz (Pamela), and Luis Stultz (Herica); and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, church family members, and dear friends. There will be a viewing on Sunday from 1-4 p.m. and one hour prior to the start of service on Monday.
