Williams Memorial Chapel at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Bottsford Spring Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his father, Harold Williams Sr.; mother, Della Lee Rouse Williams; brother, Cicero Williams III; sister, Betty Kirkland Parks. He is survived by his son, Harold Williams III of Augusta, GA; daughters, Heather Williams-Brooks of Ontario, Canada, Jacqueline (Deshawn) Williams Pollard of Graniteville, SC; brothers, Harold (Gwen) Kirkland of Boston, MA, Robert Williams of Augusta, GA, Paul (Teresa) Williams of Albany, GA; sisters, Catherine (Willie) Williams-Smith of Augusta, GA, Rev. Loraine (Rev. Benjamin) Williams Ryans of Beech Island, SC, Rev. Queen (Dea. Robert) Williams Holmes of Waynesboro, GA, Katie Mae Williams-Couch of Augusta, GA, Ora (Sam) Williams Haugabook of Hephzibah, GA; granddaughters, Amaya Elmore, Ariyanna Pollard; aunt, Mary Rouse Williams, sister-in-law, Gaynell Williams and god-sister, Brenda (Rob) Cassell of Charlotte, North Carolina; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
