Mrs. Helen Tanksley Hills entered into rest on Sunday, September 1, 2024. Funeral service will be held on Monday, September 9, 2024 at 11 a.m. at B. A. Williams Memorial Chapel. Interment will be at Mt. Olive Memorial Gardens. Survivors are her husband, John Hills Jr.; sons, Lanier (Carrie) Gross, John (Sabrina) Hills III, Reginald Hills; daughters, Sharon (Maurice) Thompkins, Pamela Tanksley, Sheila Page; one sister, Josephine Tanksley; twenty one grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
