Mrs. Helen B. Knight entered into rest on Friday, June 20, 2025. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at D'Antignac Street Church of Christ at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Walker Memorial Park. Helen was born on January 26,1942, in Avera Georgia. Helen was born again in Augusta, GA on July of 1974 and added to the body of Christ, the Church of Christ, and remained faithful until the end. She was preceded in death by: father, Miller "Cotton" Brown, mother, Hazel "Big Mama Sr." Brown, brother, Ed Miller Brown, sister, Joyce Stone, husband, Charles Knight, son, David L Knight, 3 grandchildren, Jermaine English, Shardavia Knight and Jazmine C. Knight. Helen leaves to cherish glorious memories: her children, Angela (Mack) Hill, Charlotte English, Linda (Milo) Shield, Larry (Delores) Knight, Richard Knight, Dorothy Smith, Neacole (Jerry) Blockett; one sister, Carrie Kelly; six brothers, Leeotis Brown, Edward Brown, Roger L Brown, Roy Brown, Dennis Brown, and Jessie Brown; brother-in-law, Robert (Cora) Knight; 25 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, 10 great great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
