With deep and profound sadness, we announce the passing of Janice Henderson Kinzer who peacefully transitioned into eternal rest on Friday, October 30, 2026. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 11, 2026 at Antioch Baptist Church at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Walker Memorial Park Cemetery. She leaves to cherish her memory her loving mother, Freddie Mae Henderson, her children, Guarion Reese (Julie); Marla Davis Shands; Latoya Reese and Robert Kinzer; her cherished grandchildren: Kendall Simone Shands, Kiersten Ackley and Robert Jamal Kinzer, Jr., Marcus Shands (Alexandria), Alexa McKan and Riley Wilson, great grandchild Lula Lynn Shands including those she loved as her own and her brothers, Ervin Henderson (Sharon) and Charlie Henderson (Esther). She also leaves behind many cherished cousins, extended family members and dear family friends who will forever treasure the memories, love and special moments shared with her.
