Survivors includes: his wife, Wanda Samuels; children, LaToya Glover, Jeffrey Samuels Jr.; sisters, Lula Nixon, Dorothy Samuels, Annie Yarbray; brothers, Michael Samuels, Charles (Ethel) Samuels and a host of grandchildren; great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
