SFC (Ret.) Joe Eddie Tate Jr. entered into rest on Wednesday, February 7, 2024. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at 11 a.m. at Bellevue Memorial Cemetery Chapel. Interment will follow in the cemetery. Survivors are his wife, Lesbia Tate; sons, Bernard Keller, Jorge Camacho, Joshua Tate, Joe Eddie Tate III, Anthony McGee; daughter, Jamel Reeves; thirteen grandchildren; extended sister, Frenchie Taylor; and a host of other relatives.
