Williams Memorial Chapel at 11:00 a.m. He is survived by his spouse, Margaret Ruffin; son, Kennard Ruffin; daughters, Zarina Barlow, Zabrina Barlow, Shontel Pryor, Franceswai Pryor, Courtney Tillman; brother, Arthur (Bernadette) Ruffin; sisters, Angie Hilton, Peggie Hewitt, Patricia Cousin; grandkids "Papa" to many grandchildren and great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
