Ms. La'Cion E. Dent entered into rest on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, in Augusta, GA.  Funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 6, 2025, at B. A. Williams Chapel at 2 p.m. Interment will follow at Mt. Olive Memorial Gardens. Survivors are her daughter, KendreCion Dent; mother, Japonica Taylor; loving brother; stepparents, Margaret and Clarence Guidry; big mama/ grandmother, Patricia Taylor Pace; special aunt, Esther Taylor; bonus mom, Alice Joyce; special and devoted friend, Bryant Pontoon; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Ms. Dent may be viewed on Friday, December 5, 2025, from 1 to 5 p.m.
