Miss Lashaneake Ward entered into rest on Sunday, January 11, 2026. Funeral service will be held on Thursday January 22, 2026, at Bible Church of God 3343 Peach Orchard Rd. Augusta, Ga. at 12:00 Noon. Interment will follow at Franklin Covenant Baptist Church, 4800 Franklin Covenant Rd. Hephzibah, Ga.Ms. Lashaneake's legacy of love and kindness will forever be cherished by those she leaves behind; her brother, Edward Ward Jr.; aunts, Valerie Taylor, Gloria Tinch, Johnnie Ward; uncles, Rufus Taylor, Gregory Taylor, Keith Bryant and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins and friends. Miss Ward may be viewed on Thursday January 22, 2026, from 10:30 am until the hour of service at the church.
