Ms. Maxine Lanham entered into rest on Friday, December 5, 2025. Celebration of Life will be on Saturday, December 20, 2025, at The Foundry at Rae's Creek, 250 Boy Scout Road, at 2:00 p.m. Ms. Lanham was preceded in death by her parents, sisters, Juanita Johnson and Lucille Lanham Riddley, and brothers, Clarence Lanham and Daniel Laniel. She is survived by her son, Augustus (Haajar) Terrence Lanham; three grandchildren: Terrence Christion Lanham, Zoe H. Lanham, and Nori K. Lanham; sister, Wilhelmenia Scott; brother, James Thomas Lanham (Daisy); aunt, Doris Lanham; brother-in-law, Carl "Ola" Ridley; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
