Nellie Kathryn King, affectionately known as Kat, entered into eternal rest on Sunday April 5, 2026. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 11, 2026 at 11:00 am at Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will be at Hillcrest Memorial Park.  Kat leaves to cherish her precious memories , loving daughters, Carolyn King and LaTasha Curry; devoted sister, Carla (Anthony) Pike of Philadelphia; her grandson, Rickey Mitchell;   granddaughters, Latoya (Roosevelt) Smith, DeJanaria Mitchell, and DeQueviona (Robert) Henley;  great-grandchildren, Za'Nariya McNair, Aa-Zari McNair, Ro'Mari Smith, Nikiya Donahoo, R'Kari'ee Smith, Ari'Elle Smith, Klarity Smith, and Robyn Henley;  one cherished great-great grandchild, A'Ziyah Robinson and a host of extended family members and dear friends who will continue to honor her life and legacy. Ms. King may viewed on Friday, April 10, 2026 from 1:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
