Mr. Otis Deshann Bell entered into rest on Sunday, May 17, 2026. Funeral service will be held Saturday, May 30, 2026, at B.A. Williams Memorial Chapel at 2 p.m. Interment will follow at Keys Grove Baptist Church cemetery. He was preceded in death by his father, William L. Martin. Mr. Bell is survived by his wife, Kivette Bell; mother, Margie Bell-Martin; sisters, Lakeisha B. (John) Whitehead and Yolanda A. (Willie) Yarbary; brother, Keyon E. Martin; god-sister, Denise (John) Hales; father-in-law and mother-in-law, James Clinton Jr. and Rose Clinton; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Chester and Jessie Thomas, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. Mr. Bell may be viewed on Friday, May 29, 2026, from 1-5 p.m. at the funeral home.
