Princess Kennedy entered into rest on Monday, January 27, 2025, in Augusta, Ga. Memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 15, 2025, at B. A. Williams Memorial Chapel at 10:00 a.m. She was born on August 15, 1975, in Junction City (Fort Riley) Kansas to Harold and Vearnell (Sullivan) Kennedy. She was a 1994 class graduate of Butler High School, Augusta, GA. She was a manager of several local restaurants. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, David and Sallie Kennedy and her maternal grandparents, Clarence and Geraldine Sullivan. She is survived by her parents, Harold and Vearnell (Sullivan) Kennedy of Augusta, Georgia; daughters Jazmin Kennedy and Zelena Blackmon along with her granddaughter, Amirah E. Staley; sister, Harriett (Robert) DeSilvia; brother, Harold Kennedy II; nieces, Malaysia Kennedy, Marcus (Kourtney) Shelby, Henry Shelby, Troy Shelby (Ms. Gizmoo), Robert K. DeSilvia Jr, DaVonye Paul and Elijahh Kennedy Jr, all of Augusta, Georgia; cousins, Debra Kelly, Justyce Kelly, Rena Sullivan and a host of other relatives and friends, along with a special friend, Terrence Rogers.
