Mr. Raymond Wells Jr. entered into rest on Saturday, November 15, 2025. Funeral service will be held Saturday, November 22, 2025, at Bethel A.M.E. Church at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Mount Olive Memorial Gardens. He leaves behind to cherish his fond and precious memories: his loving and devoted wife, Myrtis King Wells, his sons Timothy (Melissa) Wells, and Raymond Wells, III; his siblings, Willie (Bettye) Wells, Leroy (Gloria) Wells, Betty (Shellie) Wells-Sapp, Paul (Doreen) Wells, Jimmie (Cynthia) Wells, Levern (Willie) Lewis, Mildred Wright; three sisters-in-law, Alice K. Mitchell of Charleston, SC, Roberta Daniels and Nancy K. Smith both of Augusta; four brothers-in-law, Willie (Adeline) King and Edward King both of Los Angeles, CA; Robert King, Jr. of Linden, New Jersey; Leon King of Debary, Florida, four grandchildren, Chasity, Timothy, Tylik, and Tytianna Wells, two great-granddaughters, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives, and friends. Viewing will be held Friday, November 21, 2025, at Butler Creek A.M.E Church from 1-5 p.m.
