Rev. Clarence Edward Grier Sr. entered into rest on Thursday, May 28, 2026. Funeral service will be held on Monday, June 8, 2026, at Good Hope Missionary Baptist Church at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Mount Olive Memorial Gardens. He is survived by his wife, Sarah Grier; sons, Marcus Grier, Clarence Grier Jr; daughter, Francine (Floyd) Dunn; twelve grandchildren, fifteen great- grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. There will be a viewing on Sunday, June 7, 2026, from 1-4 p.m. at the funeral home.
