Mr. Richard Parker entered into rest of Saturday, February 15, 2025. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 19, 2025 at 11 a.m. at Williams Funeral Home Chapel. Born on April 2, 1930 in Virginia to Charles and Clara Parker, Richard was raised in New York. He met his beloved wife, Joyce, and they were married on May 27, 1961. Together, they raised their daughter, Jacqueline. He was a dedicated and hardworking man who retired in 1990. Following retirement, he and Joyce relocated to Augusta, Georgia. Richard had a passion for animals and automobiles. He was known for his jovial spirit and his unwavering willingness to lend a helping hand. Richard leaves behind cherished memories that will forever be held by his wife, Joyce Parker; his daughter, Jacqueline Parker; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends. Mr. Parker may be viewed from 10 a.m. until the hour of the service.
