Survivors include his children, Elijah Middlebrooks, Joshua Middlebrooks, Ty'sohn Middlebrooks, Kyree Middlebrooks; parents, Ronald Middlebrooks Sr., Margaret Middlebrooks, brothers, Ronald Middlebrooks Jr., Anthony B. Middlebrooks; sister, Tanya Wilcox; grandmother, Mary Sullivan and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.
