SFC (Ret) Ronnie Lee Marshall entered into rest on Monday, January 13, 2025. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25, 2025 at B. A. Williams Memorial Chapel at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be held at the Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery on Tuesday, January 28, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. He is preceded in death by his parents, Clinton Marshall Sr. and Elizabeth Frances Johnson-Marshall, brother, Larry Marshall, sister, Alice Marshall, grandparents, Elijah D. and Lollie C. Johnson, Thurgood and Mazie Marshall, uncles, Elijah Johnson Jr., Clifford Marshall, and aunts, Vonzella Turer and Sarah Marshall. He is survived by his wife, Deborah Marshall; daughter, Letia Marshall; son, Thayer (Juanita) Philpot; two grandchildren, Maria Marshall, Tamara Philpot; sister, Valeria (Ernest Sr.) Harmon; four brothers, Clinton Marshall Jr. David Marshall, Bruce Marshall, Michael Riley; two aunts, Rev. Doradean Johnson, Betty Johnson-Taylor; four uncles, Leon (Mae) Johnson, Rufus (Clara) Johnson, Roger (Jometa) Johnson, Noah (Nina) Johnson; one special niece, LaChanda Marshall-Snead; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
