SFC (Ret.) Douglas Brown entered into rest on Monday, March 23, 2026. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at B. A. Williams Memorial Chapel at 11:00 a.m. He is preceded in death his wife, Mildred Brown, grandchild, Daviyon Brown. He is survived by his son, David (Pene) Brown; grandchildren, Tyler Hatcher, Nolyn Tate Brown, Adonis Brown; siblings, Melvin (Ila) Brown, Joanna Covington, Dorothy Leech and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.

There will be a viewing on Monday from 1-5 p.m.
