Mr. Timothy E. Burley entered into rest on Thursday, August 28, 2025. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 6, 2025, at B. A. Williams Memorial Chapel at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Mount Olive Memorial Gardens. He is preceded in death by his father, Matt Ratliff, Grandmother, Zella May Ramsey (BeBe) and Mother-in-law LaVelle Diggs. Timothy is survived by his devoted wife, Angela Diggs Burley; children, Timothy E. Burley Jr. (Ebony), NyAnza Burley, Chase Burley; grandchild, Kaleb Burley; siblings, Jermaine Smith (Dana), Shavonne Ratliff and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, others relatives, life long friend Troy Wesby, Van (Tracey) Tate Sr. and other friends.
