A Williams Memorial Chapel at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Mount Olive Memorial Gardens. He was a graduate of Westside High School. He was employed at Cardinal Health. He is preceded in death by his sister, Cheryl Hall and brother, Joseph Collins Jr., aunts, Fayebell Latson, Margaret Booker. He is survived by his wife, Mary Collins; children, Joseph Collins, Terrell Screven, Ebony Michelle Collins, Kimberly (Joshua) Collins Johnson; grandchildren, Hendrix Screven, Bailey Johnson devoted cousin, Shirley Quarles; siblings, Pearl Epps, Georgette Booker, Delores Clark, Allen Collins.
