Mr. William Jerome Brooks entered into rest on Tuesday, July 14, 2026. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2026, at Beulah Grove Baptist Church at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Mount Olive Memorial Gardens. Jerome was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. Willie and Julia May Moore, and his sister,

Vivian Brooks. He leaves to cherish his precious memory- his loving wife, Nora Briggs Brooks; his children, Elmarko White, Carolyn (Harvey) West, Carla (Michael) Lewis, Nikki (Jason) Miller, William (Paige) Brooks Jr. and Harold Williams; his grandchildren, Allaheem West, Michael Lewis Jr., Uneek West, Keegan Lewis, Bryce Lewis, Zion West, Atarius Miller, and Miles Brooks; his sister, Bessie Howard; his aunt, Sara Jenkins; and a host of additional relatives, and friends. There will be a viewing on Friday from 1-5 p.m. at the funeral home.
